The issue has been identified and new actions are properly executing. For older actions, the team is currently re-driving and we will have another update shortly.

Investigating

We are investigating reduced performance in the UI. Actions such as provisioning, domain changes, and other interactions with the UI may be slower than usual or take longer to complete. We are looking into the cause and will share an update as soon as we have more information.
